I am breaking this post into a few different sections so the gadgets and categorized based on my use-cases.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/images.beingmanan.com\/travel-gadgets.JPG\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/images.beingmanan.com\/travel-gadgets.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"650\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"embed-container\"><iframe title=\"Travel Gadgets\" src=\"\/\/embed.kit.co\/embed?url=https:\/\/kit.co\/fatalskeptic\/travel-gadgets\" style=\"display: block; border: 0px; margin: 0 auto; width: 100%; height: 100vw; max-width: 700px; max-height: 700px\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>I never leave the house without these 2 gadgets:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3iDpiGf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AirPods Pro<\/a> &#8211; can&#8217;t step out without these; I use a <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3h1IQUi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">leather AirPods Pro keychain holder<\/a>, so I am never without my AirPods<\/li>\n<li>My iPhone &#8211; currently sporting the Product Red iPhone 14<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dZP_f6EAWRw\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4>Laptop charging when on the road:<\/h4>\n<p>My work laptop is a Surface Pro 7 which can be charged using the USB-C port. I don&#8217;t carry a Surface Pro charger with me and always use the USB-C charger; one less charger to deal with.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Bb2La5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Microsoft Modern Mobile Mouse<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ravpower.com\/products\/ravpower-45w-gan-pd-charger?variant=39883424432203\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RAVPower flat 45W charger USB-C charger<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3up4g0A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10ft USB-C cable with 90 deg connector<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3FoLwVs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Travel power strip<\/a> &#8211; super helpful in conference rooms and hotel rooms with poorly placed power plugs<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3VuGPid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HP travel dock<\/a> &#8211; this has been awesome to connect the work laptop to project (HDMI and VGA &#8211; yes, I&#8217;ve had to do that often)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>iPhone and Apple Watch charging in the hotel:<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3EUzW2E\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anker flat 30W Lightning Charger<\/a> &#8211; this is what I connect the MagSafe Duo charger to<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3B83wRn\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MagSafe Duo Charger<\/a> &#8211; it&#8217;s not the ideal 3-in-1 charger but does the job<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3UvoaBM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apple USB-C to lightning 2m cable<\/a> &#8211; when the plug point is very far from the center of the hotel bed<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>When I am <em>on<\/em> the plane itself:<\/h4>\n<p>I don&#8217;t use my AirPods Pros while I am on a flight because I need these fully charged after the flight.
